Green Juice

I stocked up with a few bottles of green juice today. I just feel like it. This is gonna be good for about 4-5 days. It's pretty simple. I did use a blender though. I got the recipes from pinterest but the pink one is my usual strawberry and banana smoothie. They all taste amaze-balls! Thumbs up for this healthy drink!

Cake2Go: Toblerone Overload

                                                                     Toblerone Overload

This flavor is pretty much raved by most people I know who have tried the cakes from Cake2Go. It's le famous Toblerone Overload. Although, I beg to differ. Not that it's not good, it's just that I'm not really a fan of dark or milk chocolates. I'm more of a white chocolate lover. I'm into cheesecakes and caramel flavored cakes as well. But I think this cake would hit the spot if you're a chocolate lover.  Although, I couldn't really taste any toblerone at all in the cake. But it's still pretty good. It really melts in your mouth. It's a 3 layered ice cream cake. From what I could remember, the 3 layers were an overload of white and choclolate ice cream in a mousse consistensy and the last layer was a quite thin layer of chocolate cake. There were also thin chocolate slices that were coated around the whole cake. And I believe that was the toblerone? I'm not really sure. I couldn't really get any hint of toblerone from the cake. If ever you're planning on buying this cake, it's best if you consume it the exact day that you bought it. If you're saving it for something or you just really weren't able to finish the whole thing, put it in the freezer. Not in the refrigerator because the consistency of the cake will be too soft and you won't be really able to enjoy it anymore. In my opinion, at least.

Went for Italian today

                                                                        Healthy Italian Pizza

This dish is the bomb! It's home made by Ate Lianne. Plus, it's all organic! The organic italian pork sausage is definitely the cherry on top of this dish. Who would've thought that eating healthy could be this delicious? The jalapeno cheese is heavenly for a cheese lover like me. This pizza is one of yummiest and healthiest pizza I've ever had. Thumbs up for this!

Trying out Thai Food

                                                                           Papaya Salad

I've been trying out different cuisines lately. I've actually been ordering asian cuisines these past few days for some reason. So today, I was able to try out Thai Food prepared by my friend. It was hands down really goooood! I'm having thoughts about re-creating this dish. It's that good. She saw the recipe on Pinterest by the way. Which I do a lot as well. There are thousands and  thousands of recipes on Pinterest that you could try out. I usually search for green juice recipes for myself 'cause I've been trying to cut down on my weight. I've gained way too much last year & I'm actually gonna be attending culinary school this year. There's obviously gonna be tons of food tasting there and you get to take home some of the dishes that you cooked. But of course it'll educate me more with regards to nutrients and healthier options. I'm excited! I can't wait for June!

ELF HD Blush in Diva

The ELF HD BLUSH (Diva) I'm so loving this product from elf. It's super pigmented. It can also be used on the lips as well. It's a little bit dry though so don't forget to apply lip balm before applying this one. The pump can be a little tricky. It 's very hard to control the amount of product that you want to get. It usually comes out too much. (Bummer) It lasts on my oily/combo skin almost the whole day. It could also depend on the base that you used on your face which is the foundation. If you use a long lasting foundation, it'll pretty much last the whole day. It's really blendable. I usually use my fingers when I apply it. I do have to blend immediately right after I apply it 'cause it does dry fast. I purchased this from @thevanityzone on Instagram. They have tons of colors there to choose from. It's very affordable and worth the price. Kudos to elf for this product!

Here's a swatch. It's in the color Diva.
As you could see, it is highly pigmented.
That's just a small dot on my wrist.

Current Concealer: Hard Candy Glamoflauge Concealer

The Hard Candy Glamoflauge Concealer is the concealer that I've been currently using for half a year now. I ordered 3 of these concealers (2 medium, 1 light) The shade medium pretty much worked out for me. It has a yellow undertone. I gave the light one to my mom since her skin is quite fairer than mine. (& she loved it!) I've been eye-ing on this concealer for months when I saw it on youtube and finally, I was able to purchase it last year from @thevanityzone on Instagram. The price was PHP499. It also comes with a little pencil concealer. I'm on my 6th month of using this concealer and guess what... I haven't even finished the first tube tha I opened. This guy will last you a lifetime lol. A little of this bad boy goes a very long way. Plus, the coverage is crazy. Although, this concealer can get a little dry. Don't forget to apply your moisturizer and primer before applying this one. And don't forget to set it with a translucent powder so it won't crease on fine lines. It only comes in 4 shades. (Ultra light, Light, Medium & Tan) You can only purchase this concealer in online shops.

                                                          Here's a swatch in medium.
You have to be careful with applying too much of this guy.
It can be too cakey once you apply too much.

Packaging: 4/5 It comes in a small tube form. It can get messy when you squeeze out too much product.
Coverage: 5/5 It's a medium to full coverage. Apply one thin layer at a time. I usually do 2 layers under my eye and set it with translucent powder so it won't crease.
Longevity: 3.5/5 It usually lasts me up to 5-7 hours. (I have oily/combo skin) I recommend to set it with powder that doesn't have any coverage so it won't cake up.
Overall Rating: 4/5 It can be a bit dry and it creases when not set. But over-all, it's good. It's worth the price.

TIPS:

- Sometimes I mix it with a little bit of my moisturizer until it forms into a foundation-like consistency. It works well that way too.
- I usually use a damp sponge to blend the product after I apply a few dots on my face with my fingers.
- If you aren't sure what your shade would be, search reviews on youtube and look for someone who you think has the same skin tone as yours. That's what I do it whenever I purchase something online.
- Don't forget to moisturize and set the concealer!
